Armighorn Capital is a CQC regulated healthcare company focused on operating Nursing Care Homes across England. The business has been achieving double digit growth over the past five years, generates £13m income, maintains over 400+ beds and employs over 500 staff. The business strategy is to acquire poorly performing care homes and provide a swift turnaround programme to a CQC rating of Good.

We have recently acquired our Tier 2 sponsorship license, meaning you will be liaising with candidates from all around the world, strong communication and literacy skills are therefore key to being successful within this role. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting Care Assistant interviews via Microsoft teams
• Gathering and processing all documents for visa applications
• Processing DBS checks and chasing references for new starters
• Maintaining employee personnel files and records
• Prepare all candidates for company inductions
• Dealing with day-to-day HR queries
• Conducting welfare meetings with new starter
• Prepare offer letters and contracts of employments
• Note take / support in meetings such as disciplinary hearings, grievances and investigations
• Support line manages with absence review meetings
• This role will report to the Group HR Advisor and may be required to support Armighorn Capital’s HR Manager in ad hoc projects.

Skills / Experience:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages

Ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload

Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
