HireArt Hiring for Recruiting Manager Job at Dallas, TX Full Time

HireArt is seeking a highly-engaged and personable Recruiting Manager to lead our Recruiting team. The Recruiting Manager will help design, implement and manage hiring strategies and develop ways to improve efficiency in the direct sourcing process for HireArt clients. Recruiting is a key service delivery to HireArt clients and the Recruiting Manager will work very closely with cross-functional partners in Account Management, Sourcing, Product, and other departments within HireArt with a shared goal to deliver excellent candidates to clients and provide a transparent, top-notch job seeking experience to job seekers.

This position will report directly to the Director of Sourcing and may have up to 10 direct reports. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly with proven success in a previous recruitment supervisory role.

Recruiting Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive order fulfillment for our client delivery team and direct recruitment efforts and processes
• Create and Maintain updated SOPs for recruiting team procedures
• Evaluate effectiveness of sourcing/recruiting procedures and suggest improvement with the goal of continued optimization.
• Collaborate with account management and sourcing teams to confirm client hiring needs and requirements and ensure proper team resource allocation.
• Set clear KPIs, goals, and benchmarks for the recruitment team
• Coordinate with the Director of Sourcing and People Ops department managers to forecast future team hiring needs

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Train and develop HireArt’s client-facing Recruiting team.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Report on team performance and recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and fulfillment rate)
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Performance management including: promotion, discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role
• Staffing Agency experience preferred.
• Exceptional work ethic
• Exemplary communication skills
• Comfortable with some travel (1-2 trips per quarter for onsite meetings)

Commitment: This is a remote, permanent, full-time position with HireArt and is open to candidates who are base and authorized to work in the U.S. Candidates must be available between 9am – 6pm Eastern. Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visa or open to corp-to-corp.
