DURATION: 5 months LOCATION: LATAM, CANADA OVERVIEW: • As Senior Business Analyst on the CRM technology team, they will be responsible for support/operations and will also be assigned to small enhancements, and projects as appropriate • Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. • Establish and clearly document requirements and develop use cases • Lead or assist in Process Design workshops with the business, design and implement solutions related to new or existing business process needs • Lead and facilitate the impact analysis for proposed technology changes by involving the appropriate IT teams and communicate any potential risks • Create and refine preliminary design / mockup of new functionality and develop flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate application design specifications, as required • Provide configuration requirements when adding new functionality to existing software applications, when applicable • Adhere to technology organization’s technical design and documentation standards and conform with applicable architectural standards
