Roc Technologies are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Resourcing Services Business Unit recruiting IT Contractors and occasional permanent hires.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and facilitate exciting growth within a fast-paced market, working from home and without the pressure of having to find new business!

You will be utilising tools such as our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn), external job boards and LinkedIn to enhance your sourcing capability and drive commercial value and quality of hire through direct talent acquisition.

You will be sourcing both Technical and Project Delivery roles relating to IT Transformation.

On a day to day basis, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Act as the single point of contact in providing an end-to-end recruitment service to the Resourcing Services Division
• Ensuring compliance with any Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
• Leverage and promote all available sourcing channels to maximise direct hiring capabilities, ensuring appropriate channels are used including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn

Competencies and Skills required for the role:

• Previous recruitment experience within IT / Technology industry
• Experience of sourcing contractors with knowledge of IR 35
• Knowledge of ATS Systems (such as Bullhorn)
• Computer literate with strong Excel & Word
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Motivated to succeed with a tenacious attitude
• Copes well under pressure and works to tight timeframes
