Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Adopt a ‘Superuser’ role across all systems.

Be the “go-to” person for all system queries.

Working with HRIS systems like Persona, Talent Tree , Workbook and Maconomy

Help contribute to maintenance of Career Architecture data for current employees and new starters.

Seamlessly performing assigned responsibilities within our department’s process flow for Starters, Leavers, Probation Check-ins and ad-hoc tasks.

Supporting with the delivery of monthly payroll tracker.

Working alongside the broader People team to deliver against key actions that support the agency’s People strategy.

If you are:
Someone who loves challenges and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Organised and great at time management.

Keen on working with lot of numbers and data.

Great at attention to detail.
