Our client:

The role:

Reporting to the Executive team, this standalone HR Generalist role with be focused on supporting all sites across Australia in relation to day to day operations while having input in strategy development and implementation. Taking accountability for end to end recruitment & selection, performance management, performance reviews, contracts / variations, projects / initiatives, assisting with relocations and more.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in HR / related fields coupled with experience in generalist HR related role
• Proven track record in providing HR advice and support to internal stakeholders
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and people skills
• High attention to detail with a customer centric problem-solving approach
• Thorough understanding and knowledge with legislation and awards’
• Computer literate – MS Office, Kronos and Wage Easy is highly advantageous
