AMN Healthcare Hiring for Education Programs Specialist Job at Dallas, TX Full Time

The Education Programs Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent and stellar customer service and logging activities related to the education business. Duties include performing essential customer support for continuing education online portals, courses and online exams, collecting and maintaining data for ANCC, ACPE and other accreditation/requirements (e.g. national certification, state board, etc.), and providing support for education products and program sales.

Job Tasks:

• Provide courteous, accurate and prompt response to all customer questions and issues through multiple methods of communication. Escalates challenging situations to leader for resolution.
• Coordinates the successful planning and administration of any online testing.
• Gathers and reports data as needed for websites and department.
• Provides administrative support for live webinars and enduring/distance courses including, but not limited to: hosting webinars, tracking attendance, sending out emails, and notification to attendees.
• Supports accreditation approvals and state-specific requirements.
• Perform basic administrative duties for The Center, including copying, formatting, and sending out communications and other basic documentation.

Minimum Education/Certifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Education/Certifications:

• College degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years experience in a professional business office environment
• 3 years experience in customer service using multiple of methods of communication
• Strong computer/technical skills
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint skills
• Experience in online continuing education
• Experience with authoring tools

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years previous experience in healthcare or staffing setting
