The Client Support Representative is responsible for coordinating and expediting the collection of VIP medical reports by liaising with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and customers. This role ensures that orders are complete, compliant, and processed in a timely manner. It emphasizes proactive follow-up, accurate documentation, high-quality customer support, and ownership of inquiries and issues to meet service level and turnaround time targets.Status: Full-time Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
