WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a teacher assistant with Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA), you are considered a guardian to our students (whom we refer to as scholars). You are responsible for supporting and guiding students with instructional support based on need. Candidates who are successful in this role should be able to build confidence, relationships, and encourage progress for scholars.
