We have an immediate opening for an Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate will share our vision, mission, and purpose with the values on which we have built our reputation: excellence, teamwork, honesty, safety, and ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with customers

• serve customers in our showroom

• Take customer requests by phone and email
• Schedule and coordinate technicians’ calendars
• Assist with ordering parts, preparing invoices and collecting customer deposits

Profile:

• A good person, customer focused, enjoys helping people
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work well under pressure, great organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
• Accountable for results
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
• Fluency in both French and in English
• Knowledge of MS Office

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
