The Source and Recruit Company, headquartered in Vermont, is engaged in the business of providing recruitment and talent-related advisory services. In our sixth year, we’re building on our successes and going to market in a big way.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help us fulfill our mission by taking a consultative approach to client engagements, and by mentoring, coaching and guiding a regional team of skilled recruiters and sourcing specialists.

What you’ll do:

• Help Source and Recruit Company meet sales goals by generating new business opportunities
• Help existing customers succeed by educating them on Source and Recruit products and services that help them staff appropriately and meet business objectives
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Provide account management on select accounts and leadership to the regional recruitment team. Willing to roll up your sleeves and recruit when needed
• Onboard, train and coach new recruitment and sourcing leaders
• Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
• Scale and evolve the team to meet business demands

Qualifications:

• A four-year college degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Marketing.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or corporate).
• 2+ years managing a team of individual contributors.
• Industry experience in healthcare, architecture/engineering/construction, IT, finance, marketing, manufacturing, retail, or energy a plus.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and/ or Talent Acquisition Partner certification a plus.
• Strong writing skills and a proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity and willingness to proactively engage with many forms of social media including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google+.

• On target earnings of $80k-$120k+ through base salary, commissions, and bonus.
