Description:
About the Role
MSS Strategic Medical & Rescue has an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a 3 month contract, located in Perth. The role is integral to the operations of our WA business, responsible for the bulk recruitment and administration tasks associated with attracting, recruiting and on-boarding of all medical personnel across a variety of roles, which includes regular and proactive communication with the Operations Manager to understand business needs and provide appropriate recruitment support.
Your primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
End to end recruitment including, advertisements, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, undertaking quality checks, coordinating offers of employment, onboarding new employees and closing out jobs;
Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure best matches for their team;
Embrace working autonomously within a knowledgeable and supportive team;
Create and implement talent attraction strategies to ensure top quality candidates for clients.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills & experience
Experienced Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR professional;
Exceptional level of professionalism and personal presentation;
High attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in meeting KPI’s and targets;
Ability to identify clients’ needs and match a relevant solution;
Extensive experience working with recruitment systems.
