Our client, a global media company, are looking to engage a Talent/Project Coordinator to come and assist their Global Talent team.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be working closely with talent and business leaders to develop and deliver the talent strategy across the organisation.
Project plan development and timeline adherence
Support consistency of talent operations across the brand
Global coordination of high-priority hires
Support and troubleshooting of talent
Key Skills and Experience
Global experience within project/talent management
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience managing multiple ongoing projects in large matrix organisations
Strong organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
