About the role:

On a day to day basis, you’ll partner with our businesses on their talent acquisition and growth strategy. You’ll support our cloud and digital business to attract, source and build strong candidate relationships. There is a lot of scope to get involved in project work and collaborate on initiatives with the wider P&C team.

This is a great role for a Talent Sourcer/Resourcer looking to move into end to end recruitment or a solid recruiter that is looking for more autonomy and career opportunities.

About You:

• Previous experience recruiting for a recruitment agency, technology consultancy, managed services or product company
• Experience recruiting roles in cloud, data and analytics, applications development and/or systems integration
• An appreciation of employment branding and creating bespoke selection/assessment processes
• The willingness to build relationships and rapport with business stakeholders
• Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations across Australia and Singapore
• A customer focused approached with the ability to deliver an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience.
