Customer Service – English
We are presently seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Service and Data Entry representative. This is a long-term position with plenty of room for growth within the company. While French is NOT mandatory, bilingual candidates are preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $16 – $20 per hour
Hours: Mo-Fri 9-5
Position Overview:
You will be responsible to answer incoming customer calls. Discuss and explain our various products or services. Enter payments and prepare deposits. Provide order or shipment updates, and handle various other customer inquiries. No previous experience is necessary but you should have excellent computer skills and be comfortable on the phone.
While we work primarily from the office, due to the current situation, you will work from home a couple of days per week.
