Finance and HR Assistant
We’re looking for someone with the passion to proactively support our Finance and Organisational Development teams through providing exceptional administrative support.
This role will be varied with the primary focus on supporting our payroll and HR function with the processing of our monthly payroll and delivery of our People & Culture Strategy.
The Role
Role: Finance and HR Assistant
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Grade A3, £20,528 – pro-rata per annum
Contract: Temporary, 6 months fixed term
Closing date: 10th April 2022

The Students’ Guild is the University of Exeter’s students’ union, led by students for students. We’re an independent charity, offering a wide range of opportunities, services and support to help students get the most out of their unique journeys at university. This includes everything from social activities to making sure things are going well on their academic course. We have over 250 student groups and all of our work is led by, and in the best interest of, our members.

What will you bring?
You’ll have experience in finance/payroll administration with the ability to diversify your skills to support our HR function
You’ll be able to demonstrate strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Be a team player with a flexible approach
