Human Resources & Training Coordinator

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Seeking a full-time Human Resources & Training Coordinator to join the Arcadia Family of Companies HR Team.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborates with departments on staffing, conducts applicant phone screens; manages pre-employment process and conducts new hire orientation.

• Serves as a Relias training technology leader providing guidance to department users.
• Delivers quality human resources & training support.
• Conducts engaging recruitment presentations throughout community.

The Successful Applicant must have:

• Human Resources recruitment & staffing experience.
• Initiative, detail orientation, excellent follow-through & multi-tasking.
• Dynamic group presentation experience.
• Technology proficiency in MS Office Suite which includes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP, Outlook; ability to learn other software such as Relias Learning.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4 year college or university preferred; or two to five years related HR experience and/or training; in a similar
• Excellent written, verbal, public presentation & customer service skills.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a cohesive team.
