Your time should be spent out shaking hands, kissing babies, and developing business relationships. Getting appointments with referral partners is easy for you. Schmoozing with realtors is easy for you. You are the “rainmaker” and can bring in the business but find yourself caught up with processing and handling every detail of the loan as well as putting out all the fires. You are unhappy, edgy and unfulfilled when you get bogged down having to put files together. As part of our team, those responsibilities are all handed off! Your focus is simply to bring in tons of business!
