Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to fill an opening immediately in Ball Ground, GA. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Recruiter will operates as a Talent Advisor, partnering with the Business Leaders/Hiring Managers and Human Resources to drive all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process. This position will report to the Global Vice President of Human Resources.

• Partners with Hiring Managers to develop and understand position requirements and demonstrates a strong understanding of the talent landscape, analytics and sourcing strategies.
• Ensures a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
• Drives and influences the candidate assessment and selection process with the broader hiring team.
• Maintains strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivates strong network of passive talent.
• Anticipates and proactively communicates recruiting activity and status to Hiring Managers and Business Partners.
• Leverages technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity.
• Influences and improves recruiting processes and metrics
• Partners closely with broader TA team to ensure consistent application of recruiting processes and practices
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Capable of sharp and targeted research using a variety of sourcing techniques, including Linkedin, Google, ATS mining, etc.
• Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
• Adept and willing to complete administrative and technical tasks
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems. Experience using ADP a plus.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Medical device industry with a focus on Operations, Engineering in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelors Degree.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
