Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, including CV Head Hunting and shortlisting candidates for various vacancies including Support Workers, Senior’s, Deputy’s and Managers by using company databases.
• Pre-screening candidates
• Attending Recruitment Job Fairs and Local Job Centres
• Posting Job Adverts
• Contacting applicants, booking interviews
• Contributing to the improvement of the recruitment system
• Post/ refresh Indeed/ Facebook adverts
• Interview candidates using a scripted procedure via WhatsApp video or Zoom
• Send feedback on each candidate
• Manage emails
• Personal schedule management

Other Responsibilities

• General admin
• Opening and dealing with emails appropriately as agreed
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times as appropriate.
• Generally covering the workload of other staff where necessary at holiday times and other absences.
