Manufacturing Specialist – Antec Controls

The position of Manufacturing Specialist offers dynamic challenges in improving manufacturing processes and efficiencies. If you thrive on new challenges, pushing yourself to new heights and working in a team-driven environment, you should consider the following opportunity.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
Support and maintain production processes, equipment, and spaces.

Write and maintain procedures for production processes and production control.

Carry out manufacturing projects to improve production layout, processes, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.

Support orders through production.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.

A high level of critical thinking and accountability.

Process driven, self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.

The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.

Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.

A basic understanding of HVAC, controls and mechanical systems would be an asset.

Aptitude with hand tools.
