Instrumental to our planned future growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team is Essendon Fields!

Reporting the People and Culture Manager, this role will see you providing end to end recruitment advice and support to managers across all dealerships in Essendon Fields. This opportunity will see you actively utilising a variety of sourcing strategies to attract and retain high calibre candidates within the automotive industry by creating a seamless and positive candidate experience.

You will receive one-on-one mentorship with our People and Culture Manager as well as the support our senior leadership team in recruiting the very best talent that will define and benefit our Group future success.

The inherent duties of the position will include but not be limited to:

• Build & maintain rapport with potential candidates
• Screen, interview, and match candidates to opportunities
• Candidate database management
• Build a strong social media presence through channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn
• Offer and place candidates
• Conducting monthly reporting
• Data Entry and general administration

You


To be successful in this engaging, face paced position you will naturally be a high energy, enthusiastic individual with previous experience and knowledge in a Dealership environment. You have a passion for People & Culture and the Automotive industry, be adept at managing a varied and demanding busy workload, be outcomes focused as well as seeking a rewarding challenge with endless variety where no two days are the same.
