We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruits, screens, hires and manages branch staff and applicants; accountable for team’s success through leading by example, training, providing guidance, mentoring and disciplinary action as necessary.
• Partners with Business Development Manager regarding strategy to secure new or retain existing customers.

Branch Manager Skills:

• Proven Branch or relevant management experience of at least 2 years.
• Reliable. Resourceful and anticipates needs. Detail oriented with exceptional follow up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
