The Company:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition or Recruiter to lead and drive the attraction and sourcing strategies across the data, technology and digital division for a high performing Top 50 ASX listed business based in Sydney CBD. Work from home Full-Time available.

The Position:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment process including attraction, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding;
• Implement attraction and sourcing diversity in accordance with the inclusion plans for the business;
• Experience in using market insights to create sustainable talent pools and pipelines in innovative and creative ways to build long term partnerships; and
• Attention to detail & handling compliance administration in the recruitment of new team members

The Candidate:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition;
• Ability to communicate our brand and create a great experience for hiring leader and new team members
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Experience in the Technology or Digital space would be advantageous.
