In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will be working closely within our Financial Operations team, ensuring invoicing, accounts receivable and financial reporting is completed to a meticulously high standard and in line with both internal and external compliance requirements.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Invoicing (Ensuring appropriate Revenue Recognition).
- Accounts Receivable.
- Internal control and governance.
- Financial Reporting – KPIs & Ad Hoc
- Guiding and mentoring staff in our Shared Service Centre in the Philippines.
- Ability to liaise with delivery agents & customers to resolve queries.
Qualifikationen
What you will need to be successful:
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Outstanding organisation and time management.
- Finance degree / qualification.
- Experienced user of SAP / SWT.
- Big 4 accounting backgrounds will be highly valued.
