This manufacturing company is hiring into their leadership team. This is a hands-on role leading accounting and finance activities in this work on-site environment. The position provides an excellent compensation package which may include an equity opportunity.

Experience required:

• Experience directing and coordinating all financial and accounting activities. Coordinate all financial audits and internal controls.
• Develop and implement weekly and monthly metric reporting.
• Developed timely financial statement reporting and established processes to ensure reporting consistency and integrity.
• Minimum of 15+ years working in manufacturing companies demonstrating a hands on role focused on cost accounting, financial integration and seamless process development for efficiencies, and controls.
• An MBA or CPA is preferred.

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing the organization’s overall financial policies reporting directly to the President and, at times, the Board of Managers at its request.
• Supply strategic direction for all financial functions including treasury, budgeting, accounting, audit, insurance, and tax for the organization.
• Lead accounting staff to ensure corporate books and records are consistently correct and up to date. Be intimately involved with details of all accounting procedures.
• Manage the communication of financial information to external stakeholders including lending institutions and private equity sponsor.
• Develop, direct, and supply financial analysis of operations by evaluating trends, studying opportunities, proving critical measurements, and resolving problems.
• Ensure proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
