Stickymedia Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Montréal, QC Full Time

Sticky Media is currently seeking an experienced and motivated CSR to join our team and develop and maintain customer relationships and sales accounts. Under the direction of the Sales Director, the account manager is responsible for engaging and maintaining the relationship with established key customers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will use their skills and experience in customer service to develop and maintain great customer rapport. The candidate will have above-average attention to detail enabling precision order taking and data entry. Confidence, initiative, strong language skills spoken and written (English & French) and attention to detail are the key attributes of the person best suited for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with clients and understand and communicate their service requirements internally.
• Responsible for managing existing accounts.
• Act as a liaison between sales and production. Responsible for conducting ongoing communication with involved sides on the status of jobs to ensure that action plans have been completed on time and as anticipated.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving agreed-upon business aims, most importantly managing personal time and productivity.
• Achieve revenue goals through the retention of accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
• College diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Strong computer skills, Illustrator and Photoshop would be an asset
• Ability to develop strong relationships over telephone and email
• Effective time management and ability to problem solve
• Adept at critical thinking
