Junior Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter

As Junior Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter​ you will be responsible for helping the Regional Talent Acquisition Associate and wider TA Team to identify, attract, recruit and on-board employees to achieve the regional organisational growth objectives for the UK, Ireland and Germany. You will also receive one-to-one support and development to help grow your skills sets.

More specifically as Junior Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter​you will help:

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials, adverts and post to our internal ATS and external job boards.
• Source candidates using social media and internal databases.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.

As your skills develop you will also help:

• Conduct candidate phone/video screenings.
• Provide feedback to candidates and prepare them for interview with line managers.
• Help line managers to define job roles and provide a consultative recruitment service.
• Write advertising materials.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers with perspective employees.
• Support the HR team with the onboarding of employees.
• Help improve recruitment processes.
• Support the wider TA Team to deliver recruitment projects across Europe.

To be considered it is essential that you:

• Are confident and enjoy speaking with people that you do not know.
• Hold active listening and presentation skills.
• Can work autonomously are curious and people oriented.
• Possess strong organisation skills able to deliver on multiple concurrently running projects.
• Hold strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Ideal although not essential:

• Educated to degree level in Human Resources Management, Work Psychology or equivalent or working towards a CIPD or recruitment related qualification.
• A second European language.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services: ​ Junior Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter, Human Resources, Customer Services, Researcher, Sales, Financial Services, Payments, Payment Solutions, Fintech, Commercial​, Banking.

Benefits

• Salary range from £20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon skills sets
• 22 days holiday rising to 25 with service + statutory holidays
