Danny Herman Trucking is looking for a full time OTR Driver Recruiter.
This position handles all driver recruitment activities which include communicating our driver opportunities to prospective candidates and evaluating qualified driver applicants.
Responsibilities:
Contact leads on a daily basis
Contact leads thru our data base of drivers
Complete telephone interviews with a pleasant experience
Review Driver Applications per our points system
Qualifications :
Motivated, Sales/Goals oriented
Experience with Windows and Excel
Great communication skills
Good in conversation
Experience Recruiting OTR Drivers is needed
