About the role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will form part of a high performing Talent Acquisition Team that delivers timely 360 recruitment services to support Hiring Managers achieve their workforce requirements.

Your role will support a cross functional Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all offers of employment are processed with speed and accuracy. With high attention to detail this will ensure all relevant administration tasks are processed to support the Talent Acquisition function. A love of systems and reporting will see you support our Systems Specialist to maintain, configure and continuously improve the Talent Acquisition programs.

About you:

• You enjoy a fast paced and fun working environment
• Highly organised and exceptional computer skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Attention to detail and comfortable working to agreed service levels to ensure an effective recruitment process
• Prior experience using a talent management software e.g. PageUp or equivalent
• Team player who is supportive and flexible
