Your Role as the Data Consulting Specialist.

This is an opportunity for a proactive problem solver, you love engaging with clients and solving data puzzles. This person is a trusted advisor to all new clients; by managing client data implementations in the Assent Platform. You’ll provide in-depth support of data related questions or concerns to both internal and external stakeholders, analyze data sets to proactively identify all potential delays and concerns and help the team to find viable solutions.

An experienced technical guru with strong client management skills, you are advanced in Microsoft Excel and have a general knowledge of SQL or Python.

The details:

• Participate in Implementation kickoff to set data best practices and data workshop requirements

• Conduct data workshops;
• Transform, reform, and adapt client data to meet best practices;
• Conduct data consultation calls with account team members and clients;
• Hold a “book” of assigned accounts – be responsible for knowledge related to these accounts
• Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with other PS departments to continually improve and enhance processes
• Submit tickets for assigned accounts;
• Communicate directly with clients regarding progress, status, timelines, and questions;
• Assist in Data Operations responsibilities when needed;

• Communicate, track, and present KPIs/metrics, issues, and status to stakeholders;
• Analyze, review, and report on client data using SQL data tools;
• Consult client on best data practices
