AMCC Corp Hiring for Construction Bookkeeper Job at Long Island City, NY Full Time
General contractor located in LIC at subway stop with parking available seeks Construction Bookkeeper
The duties include:
Manage accounts payable
Process payroll using Sage/Timberline.
Manage union dues and benefits reporting and quarterly PR tax filings.
Set up Subcontractor payments
Review Subcontractor Paperwork including payrolls, insurance and waivers
Skills &Qualifications:
Knowledge of Construction Accounting Software (Preferred Sage/Timberline) and Excel
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, and/or previous experience holding a similar position in the Construction Industry.
Highly Proficiency in Excel and Accounting Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
