LightUpToys.com, LLC is looking for a Lead Accountant to lead and guide the daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team to promote efficiency and transparency. Accounting responsibilities include:

• AP functions including bill payments, wire transfers, and credit card transactions
• AR functions including domestic and international invoicing
• Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
• Purchase order review for correct specifications and pricing
• Journal entries
• Import and export transactions
• Factory transactions with China
• Inventory Control
• Payroll
• Other accounting duties as needed

Education / Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with general accounting and overseas transactions
• Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,) & Quickbooks or other accounting software.
