About the role:
In this customer focused role, you will communicate directly with clients, primarily through email and phone providing support to customers by resolving system software queries and also assisting with client implementation and onboarding of our bespoke learning management system. You will work closely with our Sales, Product Development and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About you:
You will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with effective communication skills and the ability to multitask. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Programmes. Previous experience within a customer service or technical support role would be advantageous though not essential as full training will be provided.
