We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Sales Finance Manager and regional Finance Business Partners to assist in the delivery of the objectives of the M&I finance team.
Key Accountabilities:

• Assist consolidation of financial data and preparation of reporting for monthly results, budgets, forecasts and multiple sources of ad hoc enquiry
• Responsibility for the Brick Systems accounting, shared with the Regional Finance Business Partners, and the Sales / Customer Service / support functions that perform the transaction processing for all Brick Systems – Corrium, Avante, pre-cast In Brick projects.
• Prepare routine monthly financial analysis including variance analysis to budget / last year, low margin analysis, payroll, overheads costs, balance sheet and rebate reconciliations.
• Assist with continuous improvement to all finance business processes – including enabling the transition to consistent Sales and exception reporting across the M&I BU’s so that credit notes, low margin, tweak discounts, unbilled orders, forward order bank etc are reviewed, actioned and reported on by exception as needed.

About You:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience with financial and/or management accounting activities – including general accounting, financial analysis and reports
• Analytical thinking supported by excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and and the ability to negotiate and influence
• Experience in SAP and Excel user (PowerBI, Analysis for Office ideal)
• Manufacturing, building or similar industry experience (preferred)
