As our Sr TA Partner, Operations, you will be part of our growing, fast- paced and agile Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting and identifying operations talent, and developing strategies and programs to introduce a pipeline of candidates to Cambria’s employer brand.
In this role you will focus on full life cycle recruitment for our Operations business units including our Processing Facility, five Fabrication Shops and twenty-two Distribution Centers across the US and Canada. You will be a key advisor to hiring managers on best practices for assessing and interviewing candidates, while maintaining strong connections in the community and staying informed of local and national talent trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience: 2 years of full life cycle recruiting operations preferred
Systems: Google suite, ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: Yes – one direct reports
Travel Requirements: Position requires local travel between Cambria locations, career fairs, employment events, and includes some overnight stays
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds for recruiting and career fair events
