About the role and your responsibilities:
As the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead the recruitment function of Parks Victoria to implement the framework and guidance on workforce recruitment strategies. You will have overall responsibility for the end to end recruitment and onboarding process for all positions at Parks Victoria including exiting bulk recruitment projects such as Seasonal Rangers and Project Firefighters.
You will nurture stakeholder management with internal Parks Victoria’s employees, managers and external candidates whilst leading a dynamic Talent Acquisition team within a collaborative environment. Parks Victoria’s new high-tech e-recruitment system will see you ensuring the system is kept up-to-date, inclusive and contemporary for continual improvement and streamlining of recruitment processes. You will be offered training, learning and development opportunities to deliver a level of Talent Acquisition expertise.
