About the Role

About the Opportunity
Service Stream’s People & Culture team are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function and support the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
Leading the TA team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the delivery of operational recruitment services across the business such as market analysis, strategic sourcing and pipeline, vendor management, employer branding and a variety of projects to continue to build upon the organisation’s sourcing and hiring capability.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time of business growth and will suit an experienced TA people leader with a passion for continuous improvement and demonstrated delivery.

Nature of position: Permanent, full time
Location: Collins St, VIC w/ flexible work arrangements
Reporting Line: General Manager – People & Culture Operations

About You
To be successful in this role, you are an adaptable and resilient individual with experience in a similar leadership roles in medium to large organisations. We are seeking an individual with extensive recruitment experience with demonstrable strategic thinking capability and experience in developing and delivering strategy. You will also demonstrate and possess the following:

• Formal qualification in Human Resources, Marketing, or associated business discipline
• Expert knowledge of legislation influencing and impacting on recruitment practices
• Exceptional ability to lead and develop a team of TA Consultants
• Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving capability
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks and principles
• Subject matter expertise with ATS and recruitment technology systems
