CSS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our global recruitment function across the company. This is a brand new role within the HR Leadership Team, reporting to the CHRO.
To excel as the Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, in business administration or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
