Aaxon Laundry Systems is a growing distribution company in need of an Inventory Accountant. The Inventory Accountant * MUST know excel – many reports are downloaded and have to be arranged into our management reports. Excel Formulas, conditional statements, etc

INVENTORY

• Equipment levels

• Inventory

• Periodic physical inventory

• Assist Parts Mgr with min/max levels

• Manage year end physical inventory process

LOGISTICS

• Manage shipments from vendors

• Manage inter-office transfers & customer drop shipments

• Negotiate freight rates as needed

• Coordinate mfg shipments with salesmen delivery dates

PURCHASING

• New equipment

• New supplier research (internet)

• Supplier discount programs

WAREHOUSING

• Inventory staging

• Manage Machine Inventory by Serial #

MGMT REPORTING

• Weekly inventory updates

• Manufacturer volume purchase rebate updates

• Monthly inventory summary

• Monthly multi-housing recap

GENERAL LEDGER

• GL account reconciliations

• Expense analysis

• Manage parts warranty-internal process & vendors

• Purchase orders

• Sales orders

• Manage invoicing equipment sales (review then posting)

AUDIT

• Annual physical inventory w/ CPA’s

• Assist CPA’s as needed

SALES SUPPORT

• Maintain sales commission schedule

• Maintain Alliance price lists

• Coordinate equipment delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
