3D Artist Remote — Full Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented 3D artist with a strong artistic eye to create models for Roblox games and accessories. This is a full time position where you’ll be consistently working on characters, props, accessories, and in-game assets that need to look great within the Roblox platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating 3D models in Blender for Roblox games and UGC accessories
- Adapting your style to fit different game genres and art directions
- Optimizing models to work within Roblox’s platform requirements
- Taking briefs and reference images and turning them into polished assets
- Iterating based on feedback quickly and cleanly
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience with Blender
- A strong portfolio showing range across different styles and genres
- Good eye for art — proportions, color, style consistency
- Ability to adapt to different aesthetics, not just your comfort zone
- Experience optimizing models for game engines (low poly, texture prep, etc.)
- Bonus: previous work on Roblox or other game platforms
