Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Company Secretary Management Trainee, CS Executive, or CS Semi-Qualified professional. The role is on-site and located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The responsibilities include assisting with company secretarial practices, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, drafting and maintaining statutory records, and supporting legal and compliance activities. The professional will be required to stay updated on relevant corporate laws and guidelines, and provide administrative support for organizational projects and communications.
Qualifications
- Company secretarial skills such as drafting, maintenance of records, and compliance management
- Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in legal research and interpretation of corporate laws
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Experience with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) filings and other statutory submissions is a plus
- Focus on detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or law and enrollment in or completion of professional CS courses
