We wish to appoint an Education Advisor to join our highly experienced team of Education Advisors in School Support Services.
Education Advisor Responsibilities:
As an advisor you will contribute to the development and delivery of our suite of training, offer support and expert advice to the schools we work with and contribute to us realising the goals of our strategic plans for 2025 and beyond.
We are seeking an experienced, qualified teacher or school leader who has a passion for seeing lives transformed through education to join our team. As an Education Advisor for Services For Education you will develop and deliver both centre-based and online training, you will have prior knowledge of safeguarding either as a DSL or equivalent in a school or child-centred setting, along with recent experience of the Education Inspection Framework.
Education Advisor Requirements:
Applicants from all sectors within education are welcome, including those with recent experience of either primary, secondary, or special schools working within a Multi Academy Trust or a stand-alone school. We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience of developing and delivering training to school leaders, teachers, and support staff
Experience of safeguarding (DSL or Deputy DSL experienced preferred)
Curriculum leadership (English or Science preferred)
Whole school leadership of teaching and learning
Experience of supporting ECTs/NQTs
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft software, virtual conference platforms and webinar software

Location: Birmingham based, with some remote working and travel required (not for profit organisation)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part Time, 29.2 hours per week. 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday with some flexibility offered for the right candidate)
Salary: circa £47,000 per annum
