All West Engineering is a mining service provider that offers fixed/mobile maintenance, manufacturing and equipment rebuilds for mining clients across Australia. Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are expanding our finance team coming into the new financial year.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our dynamic team!

This role is based in our new Eastern Seaboard corporate office in Geelong, located within the stunning Federal Mills complex. Reporting directly to the CFO, your place in the finance team will be fast-paced working across multi companies.

Key Responsibilities

• End to End AP processing
• Reconciling Supplier invoices against Purchase Orders
• Accurate GL coding of supplier invoices in Xero finance package
• Creditor & Bank reconciliations
• Inter-company invoicing
• Opening new Supplier Accounts
• Timely follow up of supplier queries
• Managing a high-volume email inbox
• Working to tight end of month deadlines

Essential skills you will have

• 5+ Years’ experience in an accounts payable role
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment
• High Level interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships with key company personnel and stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organisational skills + the ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Intermediate Excel Skills (essential)
• Xero Accounting Software (preferable)
• Experience in processing across multiple companies
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Strong Communication and customer service skills
