Location: Santa Monica, CA

The ideal applicant:

• Proven working experience as a Financial Manager or Accounting Manager
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills, including strong excel abilities
• Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions – displaying both high IQ and EQ
• Does not tolerate the status quo
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate
• Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution
• Willingness to roll sleeves up and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies for reporting, reconciliation, and invoicing
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Responsible for accounting operations for the organization including year-end close process
• Responsible for ensuring systems of internal controls are in place to safeguard the organization’s assets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,503.00 – $123,670.00 per year
