Indeed’s global Candidate Experience team within Talent Attraction is seeking a Senior Program Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems and communicating solutions across multiple groups. You are passionate about your work and have a track record of leading through influence and delivering global programs in a highly collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen Talent Attraction and Human Resource practices and team capabilities through project-based support for key programs, initiatives and process improvements.
- Be responsible for building our capability to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes by scaling how we get work done.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions to Indeed’s global hiring process.
- Implement standards and set the correct expectations for planning and execution. Ensure team leadership has a clear understanding of goals and timelines of plans.
- Partner with senior leadership on roadmap design, architect solutions, and optimize and evolve existing programs in a manner that will allow the organization to scale.
- Lead program reviews with stakeholders and senior leadership to drive alignment and specific outcomes.
- Work within a matrixed delivery model to support the successful rollout and meaningful communication of new programs or process changes/improvements.
- Develop, direct and track project plans, timelines and execution of projects related to TA processes, programs, and operations.
- Mentor other team members to refine their individual project management skills and behaviors. Provide opportunities to others to help close their skill gaps.
- Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach
Who You Are
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management or talent acquisition or customer experience
- Proven ability to direct and track efforts of multiple, large-scale, global projects and processes simultaneously
- Experience translating business challenges and questions into solutions, using business insights, data and recommendations from multiple inputs (data sets, stakeholder feedback, process flow documents, company policy, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications with an ability to transform operational information into engaging and powerful content.
- Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor others
- Solid understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process, and how to best optimize for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience developing and deploying a wide-range of initiatives that increase diversity, including via events, partnerships, programs and process enhancements.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 100,000 – 138,000 USD per year
