Fun Time Print is currently recruiting for a highly organized, responsible and energetic individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our growing organization. The ideal candidate will help with the organization with running of daily administrative tasks to support the President and Sales/Customer service staff. The Administrative Assistant will be self-motivated, competent in prioritizing projects able to wok independently yet thrive at interaction with others in a professional setting.

While the below is not an exhaustive list, the Administrative Assistant will focus on the following major priorities for success.
Assistance: (70%)
· Submitting purchase orders
· Assist with distribution and logistics
· Coordinate with partners
· Schedule deliveries
· Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
· Proficiently calculating quotes in a timely manner
· Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
· Optimize procedures and ensure compliance to company policies
· Quality control
Customer Service (30%)
· Efficiently responding to customer inquiries via email, phone or text, across all platforms
· Communicating with customers and collecting customer requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
