Facebook App Hiring for International Talent Accelerator, Researcher Job at Remote Full Time

The Talent Accelerator (TA) team’s objective is to accelerate growth and diverse hiring across Meta Tech Recruiting (MTR) International. As a Researcher in the team, you will deliver sourcing strategies that will drive our recruiting stakeholders to identify talent, engage and hire faster and increase productivity.

International Talent Accelerator, Researcher Responsibilities:

• Deliver actionable market, company and industry insights and build sourcing strategies.
• Help solve pipeline challenges/bottlenecks to identify specific talent.
• Deliver the knowledge and the strategy that will help new joiners recruiters and sourcers to calibrate faster and deliver hires faster.
• Partner with GTI to utilize and leverage existing resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience sourcing within an in-house recruiting team, executive team or executive search firm OR consulting background OR business analyst background
• Experience creating search strategies, mapping company organizations/markets, analyzing market trends and data mining for talent
• Experience developing and executing candidate lead generation and research techniques
• Experience using market insights, data and ROI from research initiatives to influence decisions across functions
• Interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle with particular expertise in both passive and active sourcing. Any experience with Software Engineering & Product sourcing is preferred.
• Excels in an ambiguous environment while consistently delivering results with limited guidance against multiple projects at one time
• Ability to stay up-to-date quickly on new markets and to run a thorough search process
