Project Coordinator – CSR Skill Development Project
(Candidates from Local Areas are strictly preferred)
Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible and accountable for mobilization targets, and periodic reports generation as per norms.
· Scrutinizing documents & enrolling eligible candidates.
· Conduct awareness programs and seminars as part of Mobilization.
· Responsible for placement tracking and maintaining the placement database.
· Responsible for Placement Data Collection.
· Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from recruiters and trainees to enhance the quality of placements and training programs.
· Networking Events and Seminars: Organize networking events, seminars, and workshops to connect trainees with industry experts and keep them informed about industry trends.
· To maintain database of job openings and internship opportunities. Assist trainees in applying for job opportunities.
· Responsible in running the skill academy as a profit centre.
· Guiding the counsellor and participating in activities including data collection, evaluation, and analysis.
· Actively involved in brainstorming and implementing ideas for the development of the Academy.
Shared Responsibilities:
· Assist Centre Manager in marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and event coordination.
· Assist the Centre manager in the design, development, and recommend new skill programs, projects, and activities that meet CSR norms.
· Industry Engagement: Support HOD to establish and maintain relationships with various industries, companies, and organizations for OJT, Internship or Placements. Act as the primary point of contact between the institute and industry partners if required.
· Placement Drives: Support HOD in planning and executing placement drives and job fairs, coordinate with companies to schedule interviews and recruitment activities.
· Student Career Support: Support counsellor in career counselling and guidance to students, assisting them in making informed career decisions.
· Internship Coordination: Support HOD to facilitate internships and industrial training opportunities for trainees, ensuring their exposure to real-world work environments
· Research and Data Analysis: Support Centre Manager to conduct research to identify industry trends and demands, using data to align the skill centre’s curriculum with industry requirements.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
· Proven experience in skill development, customer service, front desk operations, or a related role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Knowledge of English and Local languages
· Prior experience in the education or training industry is mandatory.
· Teamwork: Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands in a timely manner.
· Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month.
