Latrobe Regional Hospital Hiring for Business Analyst – Mental Health Job at Victoria Full Time

Latrobe Regional Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Business Analyst to join the Business Reporting team on a full time, ongoing basis.

Reporting to the Manager – Business Reporting this position plays an important role in providing reporting and performance analysis for mental health programs at Latrobe Regional Hospital.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• improve and develop reporting to provide regular performance monitoring of mental health programs
• prepare and analyse KPI and activity reports for the Board, Executive and mental health program leads
• provide and support mental health program leads by analysing data to drive improvments in service quality

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A flare for analysis and problem solving
• Advanced Excel and system skills including experience in data extraction, manipulation, report design and analysis
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills
